Information: Turtle Creek Valley MH/MR, Inc. provides a continuum of services, care and support that empowers individuals, families and communities with behavioral, mental health, substance abuse and/or developmental issues to sustain their recovery and achieve stability in their lives. We Provide: Recovery focused behavioral health services for individuals who choose to lead a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle and/or to reduce potential harm associated with substance abuse; A wide range of day and vocation supports to individuals with developmental disabilities; Supportive services in developing life skills in the areas of stress management, conflict resolution and family relationships; and services to individuals who are having difficulties with mental illness.
