To be eligible, men must have a limited income, have been homeless or are in danger of becoming homeless. Residents of St Joseph's receive: Room and board, Coordination of services, Mental health counseling services, Veterans assistance, Visiting nurses, Visiting barber, Chaplain, Recreation, Clothing.
